  • In 45 km from Imatra Patsaspujsto Park or, as it is called, "Mystic Forest". The Park was once an ordinary yard forest House, lonely and now he is considered one of the most frightening destinations not only in Europe but worldwide wine ️ for forty years of work, the self-taught artist, who suffers from a severe form of autism, Vejjo Rjonkkjonjen has created about 500 concrete sculptures that surrounded his house. Their singularity and diversity is striking, especially when you consider that all this time the artist never left the territory of his court. Where in his head were all these images remains anyone's guess, it may frighten or Excite, but definitely not leave indifferent.

  • Many years passed by and finally stopped. Very strange, sinister thrill of sculptures with human eye and dentures. At first curious was to look at the strange fantasy sculptor, but more and more understood that this is the world of a man who for some reason was unable to live in society, dead world. Not long delayed. See, perhaps it should be. Ambiguous.

  • Mystical forest Patsaspuisto, near Parikkala-this is the most exciting part of our one-day tour in Savonlinna. We've not invested in time, so we decided to go there just to way back when it was dark. Our guide warned us that the Park will likely not lighting, so the visit may be a little extreme)) Vejjo Rjonkkjonjen-began his career in the 1960s and during the 40 years he created sculptures made of concrete. He had no artistic education, it was his hobby. However, shortly before his death he received the State Prize and critical acclaim! He was fond of philosophy, yoga, Anatomy, and as the story goes, was a little off.) Sculptures depict human beings in life-size, in the Park, they are divided into groups by topics, total of about 500. At the entrance is a plaque, which shows the paths. Supposedly customers can walk through the paths, during his lifetime the artist really cursed at anyone who violates these rules! Centered, right at the entrance to a separate fenced plot of Park sculptures is the most famous Yoga-Park with a group of more than 200 shapes. In front of the House is lined with figures of children playing, behind the House-people of different nationalities. As I have already said, the artist had no special education, so the sculpture course similar to humans, but they are not so developed in terms of anatomy. However, they are totally special! Their faces are fascinating! The first is the eyes. Most of the sculptures they do not simply drawn, they have the pupil, which is hidden in the Groove for the stjoklyshkom that creates the illusion of a real eye. Moreover, opinion, creates the feeling that wherever you turn, they ALL look up to you! Scary, I tell you, and especially in the dark when you're podsvechivaesh' yourself path mobile phone)) the second point-their "smiles.". can't say that benevolent) and as they say ... the artist used real teeth, which it supplied his friends-dentists ... This is a very unusual place, perhaps I've never seen anything like it, and it's not just my opinion.
