  • Fantastic free art collection showcasing the city. Walk by the route to see city's main attractions and 37 artworks tightly packed along the route. Info signs about the pieces are mostly missing...

  • The Keskuskatu street is lined by the Linden Esplanade of approximately 800 metres. The first trees in the esplanade were planted in the 1800s. The trees were planted because fixed points and eye-catchers were required in the boulevard. The conversion of the Linden Esplanade into a Sculpture Promenade was a solution that brought life and tension to the townscape. The objective was to create a versatile park which enriches the townscape and presents mainly Finnish high-quality sculptures.
  • A beautiful boulevard (promenade) that runs through the center of Kotka along Keskuskatu street to the Pasaati shopping center. It is always pleasant to walk here in any weather and season, to take photos of interesting sculptural compositions located along the entire boulevard in different places. There are various shops, cafes, bars and more nearby.
  • There's a statue in it.
  • It is interesting to take a walk, but in winter it is too dirty!
  • How did they do it?
