Pihlajasaari Recreational Park, Helsinki
(4.5/5 based on 120+ reviews on the web)
At Pihlajasaari Recreational Park you can swim at sandy beaches or jog and hike through wooded areas. This island was once a villa resort with small cottages scattered throughout its forests and seafronts. Today the 26 hectare (64 acre) site attracts sun worshipers and active vacationers from all over the country. Visit the beach by boat and spend a day surrounded by diverse wildlife and colorful cottages, or swim in the clear sea. You can also camp at a designated area. If you're hungry, visit the restaurant inside a 19th-century wooden villa for some smoked Finnish salmon. Our Helsinki trip itinerary planner makes visiting Pihlajasaari Recreational Park and other Helsinki attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.

  • Awesome outdoor venue, you can come to laitalla to enjoy the island atmosphere. There are several Campfire places where you can grill your own choosing or you can come with your own boat and like to, can be found in the electricity, septityhjennys, and water. Rent a sauna. A good Home After owning this kind of Islands by the townspeople. The sandy beach can be found as well.

  • You can reach him on the boat. Place the rest of the townspeople. As for me, do there especially, lesok, cafes, beaches. In winter, it seems to me, has nothing at all to do. In summer you can walk. Recommend for walks with my girlfriend. Or with children.

  • Very few tourists here, so you can enjoy nature in silence. There's a huge beach (with warnings about blue algae when we went there), a few bbq spots and a restaurant with few but delicious meals. I love it here.
  • Nothing really interesting in here apart from the Juhannus bonfire in the middle of summer
  • Naturebeaty island and restaurant service
  • Relaxed place. Several beaches, also a big nudist area.
