  • We ate lunch and took a afternoon tea here. The market has much good to offer. We had a really good tomato soup and bread in one place, and then we had coffee with blåbärspiroger on bread square. Worth a visit! Here we come again!

  • This shopping area is located directly on the beach. At her modest façade overlooks the Presidential Palace and one of the Central highways-the Esplanade. The place is very alive: sail ferries and pleasure boats, fishing fair, fast food, souvenirs, toys and even furs and skins. Prices bite, but the feeling of freedom from sea breeze and bright paint market. Very graces the area loved by all "Sea Nymph bronze fountain.

  • The ultimate in, selling every imaginable gourmet food, fish cheeses and wines; a Finnish deli to die for.  more »

  • Want to buy fresh local food? You can buy meat or fish from there and cook them. Products are really fresh and local law will watch out that dealers can not cheat. We buy almost all our meat from there because its always fresh and usuallu cheaper than in local food markets. Maybe one of the best fresh foor markets in Finland.
  • My favorite market here. Very nice local market. You can find many amazing things here. I love 2nd floor.
  • Personally I would say that this is my favorite market hall in Helsinki. Recommended as the "more authentic" hall where the locals tend to visit as it is out of view from the Market Square (filled with tourists). Operating consistently for years and years. Don't forget to visit the Flying Cow for the best cheese in the city. They really know their cheeses!
  • The place to go for local delicacies, fish and whatnot. Prepare to pay a premium price, but expect a superior quality and friendly and personal service. Great place for browsing and walking around. Upstairs sell some Finnish design and other non-food things.
  • If you are looking for bakeries, meat and fish products without synthetic packaging in addition to spices and prepared food then this is the right place.
