  • In this old place you can find all what you need to buy to eat: fresh fish, meat, vegetables, bread, cheese. Upstairs you find a bit of material thing that are not that necessary, but might come handy...  more »
  • A market is very cute to explore. Incredible place to stroll outdoors. Colorful and picturesque.

  • Night walk on Helsinki, snow, wind and eerie chill! But all this neither than when you are surrounded by such beauty!

  • Want to buy fresh local food? You can buy meat or fish from there and cook them. Products are really fresh and local law will watch out that dealers can not cheat. We buy almost all our meat from there because its always fresh and usuallu cheaper than in local food markets. Maybe one of the best fresh foor markets in Finland.
  • My favorite market here. Very nice local market. You can find many amazing things here. I love 2nd floor.
  • Personally I would say that this is my favorite market hall in Helsinki. Recommended as the "more authentic" hall where the locals tend to visit as it is out of view from the Market Square (filled with tourists). Operating consistently for years and years. Don't forget to visit the Flying Cow for the best cheese in the city. They really know their cheeses!
  • The place to go for local delicacies, fish and whatnot. Prepare to pay a premium price, but expect a superior quality and friendly and personal service. Great place for browsing and walking around. Upstairs sell some Finnish design and other non-food things.
  • If you are looking for bakeries, meat and fish products without synthetic packaging in addition to spices and prepared food then this is the right place.
