(3.5/5 based on 65+ reviews on the web)

Learn about the area's pre-colonial Fijian life and admire the beautiful views from two lookout points. Hire a guide to teach you about the country's history of tribal warfare and even cannibalism. If you forgo a guide, however, there are still some plaques throughout the complex with English explanations. • The place is left a little to abandonment, especially hospitality and explanations. The view of the river is beautiful, the site interesting but requires a guide.
