#2 of 6 in Beaches in Fiji
Beach Nature / Park
Head to Denarau Beach to bathe in the sun and sea in a convenient location. Filled with resorts, restaurants, and shopping, this popular attraction offers pristine beaches. While the water is not as appropriate for swimming as other Fiji beaches, you can still swim in the hotel pools or take long walks along the shoreline. Do not hesitate to join in a fun game of volleyball along the shore. Add Denarau Beach to your Nadi travel itinerary, and discover new vacation ideas by using our Nadi travel itinerary planner.

Where to stay in Nadi

With the majority of visitors to Fiji passing through Nadi, the town caters to every budget and traveler. For maximum convenience, stop in Martintar, which lies right on the (noisy) main bus route. If you want something quieter, more economical, or a little more scenic, consider the affordable, peaceful resorts of Newtown and Wailoaloa beaches--even if the beaches aren't exactly the best Fiji has to offer. Just west of Nadi lie the luxury resorts and private beaches of Denarau Island, where you can stay in comfort and style, as long as you don't mind splashing a bit of cash.
