  • Great place for a stroll. With the Observatory offers a nice view of the city. The Observatory is not hit, came too late, say pretty kinda place. Also I advise to visit the Duomo, vivid instance of brick Gothic. Winter climbing up on the ruins of the Cathedral is not given, but also under the ruined arches can be freely. Quite interesting in the historical Museum.

  • The main thing on the Hill of Toome is, of course, the Duomo (Toome lyrics Kiki), who gave the name to the entire Hill. Destroyed during the years of the religious wars and the Livonian war, the Cathedral was never fully restored. Similar I saw only in Northern Cyprus in Famagusta. The Cathedral there are several beautiful legends. Home about girl lured by the promise of making the main Cathedral and immured alive Keyes in one of the columns, to ensure the longevity of the building. Every new year's Eve ghost girl walks on Hill and Businessmen looking for a girl on the neck where you can throw a bunch of keys and change places with her. So girls go here on new year's Eve is unsafe, but it is interesting. The second legend is conventionally male: they need to get into the cellars of the Cathedral and listen to scream Raven. If someone would be able to recognize what they are bubbling, that will open all the secrets of the universe, and he will become a great sage, a getevskim by Faust. The problem of men that girls known the day when it is not necessary to go around, men are not. Some day one hundred years. Such is the probability 1/36500, excluding leap. I would like to believe that the probability of becoming simply a clever above. It is not worth the climb cellars dilapidated Cathedral, and go down the Hill and go to University.
