Inspirock Rating:
4.5/5 based on 260+ reviews on the web
With winding streets and a host of neoclassical buildings, Tartu Old City serves as a cultural and spiritual hub. Though much of the medieval old town was destroyed in a late 18th-century fire, you'll find the area has rejuvenated in the centuries since. Explore the many churches, squares, and corridors. Stop by the Town Hall and St. John's Church, two of the surviving medieval buildings that harken back to Tartu's highly respected position in old Estonia. After wandering for a while, stop in one of the many cafes along the streets to relax and people-watch over a cup of coffee. • Tartu old town an idyllic, Tallinn, verrattun lower, "cosier".. In the summer, the beautiful, the winter pretty quiet. Nice cafes, the price level cheaper than in Tallinn. The atmosphere of the old town of Tartu, is an idyllic, atmospheric, Tallinnaann compared to smaller and not quite so no more. But, in particular, in the summer, really beautiful, the winter pretty quiet. Nice, price cheap cafes!

  • Tartu is an historical students and science city in Estonia. Hipster's paradise for studing and hanging around.
  • It is interesting to wander around the district, the Center is small, there are interesting cafes and small park. Next a couple of shopping centers. Not that the cost plan plenty of time to visit, especially to watch nothing but stroll a pleasure.
