  • Well laid out and thought through museum, quite interactive too. There are Viking jewellery and chain mail for the little Valkyrie or Viking inside each of us to try on. It was a very hot day and I di...  more »
  • This museum was once, but I advise all acquaintances who asked that you can still see the haunted Tallinn =) I Immediately, I am not a museum person, if you go to a Museum, something me this should catch. This was in the technical Museum in Prague and here in the Maritime Museum. Very recommend to visit him with children, because there's a lot of things you can touch!)) Tie knots, make paper boats, send a letter or postcard in a variety of ways with the brand Museum someone and a lot more interesting exhibits and classes.

  • A very interesting museum covering a period of time from the Vikings to current day. Lots of models of ships and items that have been recovered from wrecks. Nice cafe on the roof where you can get stunning views of the harbour and old city
  • Great museum and deceptively large. It's over a few floors and has information, models and pictures covering a very large timespan as well as an education on the history of Estonia. Lovely roof terrace allows for great views across the city.
  • To be honest, I only came in here to get out of the rain! Lots of exhibits, but I wasn't very interested.
  • Amazing place to visit, especially for marines. In this place you will thing that for sure you have not seen in tour life !!
  • Good museum. Has interesting facts about the old city and a history of the tower in which the museum is placed. From the rooftop you can make a nice panoramic photo.
