  • I am not an expert in art so I can result in the beauty of your door and its high tower, but to me of this Lutheran Church what struck me most was their distribution since arriving before the presbytery, instead of deploying two ships cross as I am accustomed, a single nave just opens right that with a few boxes on the second floor and a body of metal at the end of this ship that duplicates the great classical organ that is found in the usual place of the central choir. For me, novice, all this seemed unusual u, at the same time, interesting.

  • As in the towns of the Baltic States also here different churches. This old church you see by the slender striker starting at large distance.

  • This small Lutheran Church, erected in 1747, maintains a balance of shapes and decoration very successful, half way between Gothic and classical elements. Certainly the portal is beautiful and deserves its contemplation as well as its Tower in the form of needle, which can be seen from almost everywhere in the beautiful and peaceful city of Pärnu. As curiosity will tell you a word of thirty letters ("Leeriaastapaevajumalateenistus") which means something in the complicated Latvian language I found on the bulletin board located on the outside as well as "The celebration of the anniversary of the first communion", as he translated me amazed guide giving no credit to the word in question.
