  • Open always. I go every time I visit in Narva (a couple of times a month), the border nearby. In the basement interesting exhibitions, but the second floor too small exposure. You can get to the concert. Very friendly people work there, the atmosphere is pleasant.

  • It was a surprise. Went to watch the town and looked at once and for College. A very unusual and impressive. Definitely worth a go. And near many places for walking.

  • The building itself is very unusual. Both outside and inside. Surprisingly it free entry. You can go show presented exhibitions, sit or even lie down in the stands or descend in the student cafeteria. Where in fact it is very tasty feed. A very unusual and interesting place. Definitely recommend to visit.

  • Excellent modern building! 21 century College. Concept, equipment, spirit, format-I want to learn, learn and learn. Concrete and glass perfectly fit into the historic area and modern building organically with the Town Hall 14 century. Delight and envy! ) Bravo!
