  • We can say that the Museum is a museum-Koguva village under the open sky. A visit can be divided into several parts. In the small Museum of Muhu exposition of the textiles with motifs of the island, here you can trace the transformation of people's patterns, and simply enjoy the Estonian national costumes. The next part of the excursions is the House where was born the famous Estonian writer Juhan Smuul. The House presented everyday objects and furnishings beginning of 20-th century. Finally, it is worth visiting the monument Johan Smuulu, which is slightly to the side, near the sea

  • Already during the Soviet period managed to get permission from authorities to make the village into a museum. There is an old village school-residential house with outbuildings and a museum of Muhu's costumes! VERY WORTH SEEING!
