  • Really impressive castle with deep insight in history. Place which will not leave You ignorant, for sure. For older people this can be challanging, as too much stareways must be climbed to see all exp...  more »
  • At first sight not directly really define it as a large Museum. Price 2.5 euros for students and 5 euro per adult, is justified. Entering visits, you can get acquainted with the history of the island of Saaremaa in different time periods, with the life of the inhabitants, with the history of the fishery, with the animals living in Estonia and with many others ... ... ... but the question is whether you can easy to find all this? Not lost? The Museum building lots of doors and secret passages, which makes the visit more interesting than that, play)

  • Very well preserved and impressive castle. Exposition was exciting and guides were decent. Staff was not speaking english, but it was not a big deal. Definitely a must see in Kuressaare.
