Located in Avda.Manuel Enrique Araujo, a few blocks from the International Centre for trade fairs and conventions (CIFCO), this little gem hides a myriad of colorful crafts, local and regional products at very good price and excellent quality. Checkpoints are located one next to the other and they can travel with comfort through its shaded corridors. The atmosphere is quaint, safe and secure. There are some benches where you can sit and rest pause, drinking some drink and then continue walking. I consider it a must for tourists who appreciate the indigenous, artisanal workmanship and parts manufactured with love and dedication. Behind each object or painting - many in parts unique and unrepeatable - there is a story, an artist, or a person who has gone through their art from generation to generation. For foreign tourists who wish to wear delicate souvenirs (which could shatter within your baggage) vendors are expert wrapping their crafts with great care in packaging resistant and protected. The craft market has a large parking lot and a small restaurant that offers food and typical products at affordable price. Totally recommended for adults and teens. Not very suitable for small or restless children who need space to run.

Pros: easy to get to, plenty of choices of handcrafted souvenirs, and not too expensive. Have on mind that you can get a better price from a different store if you are willing to bargain. Cons: a few stores try to sell souvenirs that aren't really ours, just ask or try to find that little "made in China" tag if you are feeling suspicious.
