  • Cuscatlan Park is located in the heart of the city, it's more like the running Park are medium-sized, not prevent its comb thoroughly and improve. The main attraction of the wall with the names of those killed in the civil war (and the list is replenished manually, as you can see on prileplennym notes and svečkam) in the northern part of the Park.

  • It´s a clean popullar place surrounding by a old church and differents smal bussines, from artcrafs to clothes and the most popular the Pupusas, there is a lot of pupuserias where you can eat them. Ni...  more »
  • It is located halfway between the monument to the Savior of the world and the Plaza Gerardo Barrios, near the Mágico González Stadium. It seemed to me to be lacking maintenance and attraction for visitors. I would not visit it at night for safety reasons and did not understand why leave circular motor vehicles inside. The Museum that is had no active exposure at that time. In the park stands the monument to the victims of the armed conflict in the 1980s.

  • Free WiFi not to far away from a restaurant
  • Don't miss the Cicleada Nocturna sponsored by the Ciclistas Urbanos of San Salvador. It happens every Thursday night @ 8:00 PM, leaving from this park. Bicycle rentals are $4.00, helmets $1.00. Come by 7:00 PM to get at good bike. The ride lasts about 2 hours and the route is different each night. The event is very popular and usually has over 300 riders, a motorcycle front and back and a pickup following to pick up riders who have flat tires or other problems. You can park inside the park for this event (usually there is no parking inside). The park also has the Museo Tin Marin for children, and some of the best Minutas (snow cones) in the city. There is a small art museum under the stairs up to Alameda Roosevelt.
