  • Founded around 900 AD after the collapse of the Mayan empire, the site was burned. It remained buried until it was found in 1925. It is a large site with ball ground as well as a ceremonial site. Not ...  more »

  • Great place if you like to learn about the history of El Salvador and some of its early inhabitants. The place has a small museum where you can learn about the history of this Mayan city. Very safe and a great learning experience.

  • Somewhere beautiful, incredible, are some ruins archaeological and in very good condition, I hope to visit it soon, have to give life to these places and just with our visit.
