Isla Lobos, San Cristobal

Categories: Islands, Nature & Parks
Inspirock Rating:
4.8/5 based on 55+ reviews on the web
A rich variety of animal life awaits you on the soft white sand and beneath the crystal clear waters of Isla Lobos. Hike across the sand to view the tortoises, blue-footed boobies, iguanas, and sea lions that dot the landscape. Climb to the top of the hill to see a statue of Darwin. Snorkeling will yield close encounters with sea lions, tropical fish, manta rays, hammerhead sharks, and red crabs. The sea lions here are very sociable, so don't be afraid to say hello.
