  • This is THE big park of the capital, consider it ecuadors central park. Among the things to do are riding the beautifull paddle boats along a river un the sun, visiting the beautifull botanical garden or just chilling with your dog at the dog exclusive area.
  • I truly enjoy walking here. One Sunday that we visited with my girlfriend some skaters and bicyclers where doing amazing tricks. It was fun. I really enjoyed my visit and I stayed in Hotel Finlandia so it was almost in front of the park. Love it.
  • Big central urban park. Very over crowded on weekends. If you don't like big crowds come on a weekday and you'll have the park to yourself.
  • Very active on the weekends. There is a pond area that you can paddle boat in for a few dollars. However, on the weekends the line is crazy long and you only get ~30 minutes. There is almost always events going on - or at least street performers.
  • Fantastic Quito park. Great track to run on and public exercise equipment. Safe even after dark.
