  • This green oasis in the middle of this explosively expanded capital city... is a true beauty to visit. Let's be real, tho: there are not fancy attractions or exquisite landmarks, however there's no....  more »
  • Loved walking around this park and seeing all the beautiful plants and birds. Only a short walk from our hotel and well worth the walk.  more »
  • Very nice park in a nice area. Still probably want to explore during daylight to avoid any pickpockets.  more »
  • Excellent park for the whole family. Lots of space to play, exercise, and just hang out. Depending on the day, there are food vendors throughout the park. Soccer, volleyball, and basketball courts are available with a reservation. There’s a lovely botanical garden with examples of the flora throughout Ecuador and seasonal exhibits. It is definitely worth the entrance fee. There’s a paddle boat pond, a running track, and a skatepark. If you’re looking for a place to spend on a sunny afternoon in Quito, this is the place to go.
  • This is a splendid large scale city park with something for everyone: futbol fields, basketball courts, large expanses of green with plenty of shady trees, a botanical garden and even an institute of biodiversity located within the park. Highly recommended, but safest during daylight hours.
  • Huge park that's an excellent reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the Quito inner city. You will find large mature tree's, nice walking paths and small tents with people selling all kinds of goods!
  • One of the largest inner-city parks in Quito. This park is centrally located to a lot of things that downtown Quito has to offer. It's a relaxing place to hang out during the day and there are always a lot of activities going on. Many local artists, craftsmen, and food vendors are always close by. You can also find a lot of organized games of volleyball or fútbol here. Be aware that this is a relatively unsafe place to be at night.
  • Excellent location for spending a day with the family with lots of activities, free and paid (but inexpensive)
