  • We went there for a short visit. It is an island of silence and nature in the busy city. It gives a nice overview of the variuos flora of Ecuador. In good condition, very friendly staff who spoke English. Good parking possiblity at the entrance. The very best selective waste collection place in the city. 1-2 hours to look around.

  • Very nice gardens to spend a few hours exploring. Wide variety of plant species native to Ecuador and not. They have a multiple green houses with many orchids. Only $3.50 entry fee. Have your google translate app ready because all of the signs explaining the plants are in Spanish.
  • Such a nice place to study plants & flowers. Very well distributed & maintained. Was there for a nocturnal event and the place was spectacular
  • This is a good botanical garden especially for endemic plants, especially orchids. There's also an excellent bonsai section with a remarkable collection.
  • I loved the many orchids and carnivorous plants. Its in the middle of a huge garden where you can get local food!
  • Fabulous gardens with many types of local and exotic plants
