  • Shalala viewpoint is a viewpoint which is at the top of the Quilotoa lagoon. To get to this site you should take a small detour before reaching the main entrance. The terrain is accessible for all types of vehicle. The place is very welcoming with stunning views. There are locals that they are there, the cost of entry is $2 per person. It has camping area (costs extra). In general, it is an experience that is worth.

  • The viewpoint and the Quilotoa landscapes are really wonderful. And staying in the cabins of Shalala complement an unforgettable experience! Rooms very comfortable and warm, with hot water, excellent food, very good service. Peace and quiet is what you feel at all times. Relationship very good money!

  • I was in February and the weather that day was truly spectacular, it was a great experience, the only bad thing is that you as I had no car had to take the bus from latacunga and comes a little late (1025 am) I had that go stop on the bus to the village of zumbahua thing that is long... but despite that sunny day was great to have that spectacular view!

  • This is a beautiful, new place in a great location. The staff is lovely. We showed up unannounced, and the staff was a bit panicked trying to find vegetarian food for us; this probably wouldn't be a problem if you book in advance. And there was no hot water. Rooms are simple and spartan, but also contemporary and tasteful. Get up early to enjoy sunrise over the lake!
  • Nice place quilotoa is magical
  • An incredible place, feels the vertigo to the stand front glass. BEAUTIFUL
