Isla Portete, Mompiche
(4.6/5 based on 90+ reviews on the web)
Relatively untouched, Isla Portete attracts discerning tourists thanks to its long white beach and isolated island feel. For fresh and delicious seafood, look no further than the onsite eateries and stalls. If interested in visiting nearby islands, inquire with the local fishers about a boat tour. Head to the north end of the beach, where you can observe a massive arched rock that's been naturally carved by the sea over millions of years. • There are like 7km of Palms as if they were a wall and front the white sand and the sea, amazing. Also higher close there are stalls with delicious dishes. They say that surfing can be but I recommend it for who enjoys a good day made in the Sun enjoying the scenery

  • In this place you can spend the afternoon. You must be careful with the jellyfish when the sea temperature is very cold.

  • This place seems like a paradise compared to the Mompiche beach. Big and pretty quiet beach. Taxi from Mompiche is 1,5usd/person and boat to the island 0,5usd. Really pleasant experience.
