Our first litter was in July, 2012 with my foundation pair: Samurai (Torvick’s For Your Eyes Only at AGJ x Wild Heart of Tomebamba), from one of the top and first American Akita breeders in Ecuador AGJ, and Cory of Middle of the World which was a wonderful rising superstars initial group bitch.

First Dog Shows Exploring:

Puppies from our founder bitch Cory were exceptionally, specially Kitai and Jack, since that Kitai got her major Ecuadorian Championship and Jack got championships titles in Baby, Puppy, and Young Categories in Ecuador.

Did a private tour as group tour operator let me down.So glad I went you could catch a public bus if you are game really cheap but I went for the tour option even though my guide didn't do the tour... more »

It is worth the visit, hopefully the museum will not be still under renovation on the 2nd floor. Although under renovation we still had to pay full price for 1st floor and the viewing deck on top... more »

Because the Equator is a line, there are many points where it is possible to visit it. Most tourists venture to the Mitad del Mundo on the north side of Quito but if you're planning on taking a trip.... more »

A bit too touristy, but of course, a must when in Quito. The tower as a nice exhibition with cool scientific experiments. Can be done in just a morning. It's worth the distance, very interesting monument.

A lovely place to visit, with a monument of the Earth and a line marking the Northern/Southern hemispheres. A small planetarium, as well as many different shops. Bring your passport for a stamp. Some areas inside the monument were under construction so didn't get to see the final displays, but there were a lot of interesting experiments set up explaining equatorial effects, the path of the Earth around the sun, etc.

Pretty place. Nice views, lots of museums and restaurants to enjoy. Its not the exact correct equator site, but it was still really cool to stand on what was marked as either side of the hemispheres

Wonderful place but it's far away from the old town where I stay. Although taxi is one of the most convenient transportation, care must be taken for sneaky taxi drivers, in particular you can't speak Spanish.

Must visit in Quito. Can spend 2 hours visiting the tower and a couple of museums. As well as having a coffee or ice cream to rest. I mean, if you go to Ecuador, one must see the Ecuador dividing North hemisphere from South and quickly be in both sides.....
