Swing out over a forest climbing up the side of a misty mountain at La Casa del Arbol. The iconic swing hangs from a treehouse perched on what seems like the edge of the world. Hike the undulating 9 km (5.6 mi) trail to the swing, or take the local bus. If you choose to hike, try to set out early to beat the morning crowds. Prepare for a long wait, as plenty of Ecuadorian tourists visit the swing to get their photo taken. Look for the miniature children's zipline nearby. Very pleasant place to visit it on sunny days since you have a very good view, when entering the tree house you have to pay 1 dollar of entry. You can get there by public transport (bus) are not very.... more »

At first, we thought La casa del Arbol was boring, but once we got there, our opinions changed, is one of the best views I have ever seen, you have different games and activities. 100% recommended more »

Great place to see Tungurahua! The swings are really fun! It does get a bit dark after 6:00 PM, but it is totally worth the trip. more »

Truly the best swings I've been so far. I even like the one that is not on the tree more, and it is smaller line there. Make sure you are not on holiday or weekend, cause it's fully packed. Like on the picture😂

The place is beautiful but they don't had toilet paper, when I asked for it, instead of giving a solution or apologizing for not having paper, they were rude and told me why I ask for toilet paper if I only pay $1 to enter. The restrooms overall had a bad maintenance. Sad to see how such a popular place has this awful administration.

Very nice scenery. We couldn’t see the top of the volcano. It wasn’t crowded so we could use the swings right away. Great instagram posts but if you’re looking for an adrenaline twist go to the other two swings

Must visit, totally worth it, entrance is $1 Fun for adults and kids. Famous for the Treehouse and "End of the World" swing. Other swings and small canopy for children available. Cafeteria with snacks, drinks and beer available. If you go to Baños you must pass through this place.
