National Palace, Santo Domingo
(3.7/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
Architecture and history buffs should pay a visit to National Palace, where the president's office resides. The neoclassical building dates from the mid-20th century, featuring a design by Italian architect Guido D'Alessandro. You can't access the interior, but the guards may let you get up to the gate to snap a few pictures. Afterwards, take a walk around the area to see some interesting early 20th century residences dotted around. • Were 17.11.2016 g. within the framework of excursions in Santo Domingo. Close to the Palace at 5 minutes, take photographs of the building and selfi with guards. The guards react calmly. Rather, they do not react the same to post. like statues. The truth is beside them in another form guys don't with vintage carbines-rifles and Israeli UZI type with machine guns and Kalashnikovs Chinese. To the right of the main entrance Rotunda or gazebo, her statue depicting the Virgin Mary, Joseph and the newborn Christ, and the phenomenon of them Magi.

  • Beautiful Palace, presidential residence, very imposing, with a park outside held perfectly. You can see it only from the outside but at the entrance there are two guards (our Cuirassiers) with which to make some nice photographs.
