  • Breathtaking scenery, beyond of fine and deserted sandy beaches. Mixture of volcanic landscape, blue sea and tropical vegetation. The Sea comes with all its force below and blows revealing a kind of geyser that depending on how is the tide can be more or less striking. Obligatory if you go hiking. Photos of stunning colors. Another wonder in Samana

  • Really disappointed in not being able to go. We had rented a car to explore the area. After a few hours to La Playita we wanted to discover the boca del diablo. A guard was waiting on the edge of the small path leading in boca with a rifle. Ban pass. He wanted that we pay to follow us and protect us during the visit of the site... We continue our road to Samana...

  • Drove alone with a small child, 2.5 years of Bavaro. In principle, rode watch this space efficiently. When you turn from the main road, where we remained 6 km to a place far from home by the road ran out 2 young men and forced us to stay. One of them asked where we were going and said he would go with us starting our stuff. When we refused, said that will track with his brother on the scooter. Took a shotgun and said, ezzhajte Mall, we are watching you. When I tried to find out the reason why they are going with us-no one could have anything intelligent to say. Some eyes fogged, smile-uzhimki. In the end, we gave up visiting this place and left. Later, after talking to the waiter on the beach of Rincon-found out that the place is very criminal and dangerous and not recommended to visit. Perhaps in groups is much calmer. Be careful and take care of yourself

  • The reference to the devil is due to the shore breaks that create strong winds within the caverns and make a strong "breathing" sound. The rocks are very sharp - wear shoes.
  • Drive through the marble mine on the way there
  • Interesting place
  • It is very cool and amazing. The road is enriching if the particularities of the land, as the Faraglioni can be seen. The only criticism is that the site seems desolate, there are no people or authorities.
