(4.4/5 based on 2,000+ reviews on the web)
Take a refreshing dip in the brightly colored pool of Hoyo Azul, a water-filled cavern. You'll need to hike a little way along wooden walkways and via various entry points to reach the cenote, so bring sturdy shoes. Consider getting a guide to show you orchid gardens and other fauna along the way. Don't forget your swimming gear--especially some goggles--to help you get a good look at the formations below. Keep moving to stay warm in the cool water. With our custom trip planner, Punta Cana attractions like Hoyo Azul can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

  • You will love the deep blue of the waters, after traveling a path full of endemic plants and very beautiful all

  • You can close this both alone and in conjunction with Juanillo. We close just Hoyo blue. We did a little trail to the site and getting there we saw this blue is so verdadeito about photo. We went to late because I read that the water was very cold and I thought beating Sun all morning would be better ... my mistake. The water remains frozen equal. But the beautiful landscape worth. For those who can't swim has parts with stones that can be and have buoys. And for those who dive in the middle is deep.
