We decided to go to the Tropical Coral Shop Shopping since, according to them, could be back as soon as we had finished shopping. As we were in a great hotel, with a wonderful beach, we didn't want to waste time in a mall. But, contrary to what we were informed, our return was a hell. We arrived at the Coral 9:00 and we agreed that one goes back to the hotel the 10:15. We made quick purchases to be on site agreed on time awake. However, let us wait until the 11:45. Passed several groups who had arrived after us, in front of us. Claimed their hotel was further away and therefore had priority in return. Was a lack of education. We lost all morning in a place that definitely wasn't worth it. The prices were the same as the shops in hotels. It was a terrible trip and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Our vacation representative at our hotel recommended this excursion....they pick you up and return you to your Hotel for Free! Sound Good? Don't bother. You travel to a small shop with souvenirs that ...  more »

First, do not get caught by the pictures on the pamphlet that you find at the hotel, it's just a shop with lots of useless thing, prices are still reasonable but you can find cheaper if you go haggle in small shops. The visit can last 30 minutes but you will have a wait of 2 hours to return to the hotel to months you pay you a taxi.

Was expecting more tourist items than they had here when it came to trinkets and clothes. I did really enjoy the cigar selection and the fact that they showed you how they were rolled and let you have one for free. Additionally the various chocolates and coffees were great as you could try them before buying. Ultimately i would suggest coming here for cigars or coffees/teas/chocolates, but most of the other souvenirs can be purchased at the hotels for a similar price.

Tourist trap gift shop over priced waste of time. Took shuttle from resort per travel agent. Not worth your time go to the Palm Real Mall instead

I really was not impressed with this place. It's like an oversized gift shop, but I can get better deals in my actual hotel gift shop. It was interesting to see the guy roll a cigar though, as this is also a cigar manufacturing site.
