Vine por mi viaje de promocion y con todos mis compañeros. Me gusto mucho este hotel, la estoy pasando de lo mejorI came by my trip of promotion and with all my friends. I liked this hotel, I'm passing it the bestshow original
Good facilities - food below what you get in other hotels in Punta Cana. The food is quite low profile and in certain way poor quality. Taste normally is bad and we did not enjoy food. All the rest re... read more »
So the positive is that there is a casino and you have a higher chance to win. But the slot machines are dated and the casino is small. So temper your expectations when you see the word casino.
Beautiful pools and kids area.. Great entertainment shows and their food is good just need more selection for kids. Front desk is horrible very disorganized people their checking in and out is a nightmare.. housekeeping is the worst you get lucky if your room gets clean. Rooms need updating..
The staff were all very nice. The food was great. The housekeeping was horrible. We complained everyday to get the room cleaned and nothing. We slept on the same sheets the whole time we were there. No matter how much we went to the front desk they never changed the sheets. We had to ask for tissue and washcloths everyday. The day it was checkout time they are at the door at 8 a.m. Meanwhile we couldn't get them to come to clean any other time. We left out at 7a.m. one day came back at 5 p.m. the from looked exactly the same. My only complaints other than that it was nice.
Beautiful views, lovely breach area. PROS- *pool area was incredibly clean *pool bar tenders were awesome *live music ibn the evening in the open air areas *food was ok. Japanese was by far the best. Restaurant staff was friendly and worked hard. CONS- *Check in/check out is a disaster. Only one worker at the desk and no organized line. *pool closes at 7.. I mean really? 7? *reservations for any half decent place to eat. Reservations could only be made on the day of desired choice. Wasted almost an hour each morning on line to make the reservations. *limited cash In the only ATM at the resort and it only gives RD pesos but everyone wants American dollars. *the resort store charged us $80.00 USD for a tiny deodorant, a tiny sunblock, Advil and a lip balm. Total rape job *Restaurant portions are incredibly small and they only serve house wine (gross) and beer at the restaurants. Very disappointing. *communication with staff is very difficult. I speak minimal Spanish. If I didn't we would have been in bad shape. *NO AIR CONDITIONING in the restaurants *The only beer served is Presidente. If you don't like that then too bad. *the bathroom had mold, a bad shower head, the ceiling in our bathroom was falling in *the wet bar was not a wet bar. It was sis and a beer in a moldy hotel mini fridge *our ice bucket was covered with mold *most of the rooms were above the open air restaurants. You can hear the dishes clanking and people talking like they are in your room. *the "water sports" are very limited. Bring your own snorkel and don't bother with the kayaks. They are all missing seat backs and are incredibly uncomfortable. (I own kayaks and have for many years). They have tons of them but only like 6 paddles so you'll wait for a miserable experience. *way to many people allowed their kids at the swim up bar. Using the seats as diving boards. Should be made into a kid free area. *NO bathrooms around the pool area at all so where do you think all these people spending the day at the swim up bar pee? All in all I think the staff really tried to make us very happy but it looks like they have their hands tied by the owners of the resort. Some money needs to be invested here to bring it up to par with other resorts.. Do your homework and if you can afford to stay elsewhere. If you can't then I'd say this was a good beginners resort.
Hotel beautiful,,,bathroom beautiful,,,air condition in the room the best. All staff,,,,great very attentive, pool and beach beautiful. But, food not all that great. Foods was horrible,,,to much presentation,,, foods had a weird taste.

It's not premium as they call themselves but it's a good option to visit on a budget. Good swimming pools, one of them has a bar inside which is cool. Rooms are Ok, nothing fancy at all, just a normal resort.
