  • Call the bosses are 2 french kept for more than 16 years there. The transport is free of charge. You can also observe the cigar rollers manufacture fully done cigars hand with explanations very interresting and complete information on the conservation of cigars, the mixture of different leaves of tobacco, the secrets to make a good cigar, how recognize the real from the fakes that are sold in the shops of hotels, excursions... The prices are in euros and dollars and much cheaper than in europe. The quality of cigars is surprising a very mild cigar that develop with a palette very aromatic things. There are also some jewelry (amber and LARIMAR) the larimar is the typical stone as we found only in the Dominican Republic. The stones are mounted in Silver 925 l. All prices are also displayed and forthcoming compared to commercial and other Center or hotels you shipments. I was really delighted by the service and the quality of the products sold. Recommend all cigar lovers and those who want to discover the manufacturing of cigars.

  • On a trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, I had the chance to discover and visit, this small artisan workshop for the production of cigars. This small factory, founded 14 years ago, and since then, always held by a couple of french expats love this region and passionate about their craft. Passion that they do not hesitate to share with you during your visit... In the program, and presented by the hostess in person:-a bit of history on cigars. -A small course on how to choose them and keep them. Some tips on how to cut and light them correctly. How smoking and enjoy... The theory part is completed, nothing like that to practice ;) To this end, a cigar tasting is proposed (for free), accompanied by a little inevitable glass of Mamajuana (consisting of rum, honey and various spices traditional local alcohol). -Continuation with a visit to the workshop itself, or cigars are rolled and made before your eyes. One sees at work two more experienced local cigar rollers. Explanations of the different stages. Discovery of the tools used. Presentation of the various parts of the plant used, used glue (here 100% natural, no chemical in their productions) - Finally, we will show you different cigars houses, proposed for sale (no obligation to buy), as well as silver jewelry adorned with stones and other local raw materials (Larimar, Dominican, black coral Amber). Prices are rather interesting... All in a good mood and with a lot of humour and sympathy... Count 1 to 2 h on the spot (see more if you prefer, our host took the penalty to answer questions of all the world). Booking by phone or mail probably recommended. Personally, I me was ever tried cigars a few times, but never really appreciate... So, I went there down more to visit than to smoke... And I have to say that finally, I took lots of fun (we must admit that the framework of the region helps well ;)) In short, a nice little excursion during my vacation that I highly recommend!
