Inspirock Rating:
4.7/5 based on 30+ reviews on the web
Observe the picturesque multicolored houses in the fishing village of Soufriere Scottshead Marine Reserve, a World Heritage Site where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. Take a hike to the point for stunning views of both oceans, and snorkel in these protected waters to find a vast quantity of marine life and corals. If you're feeling brave, snorkel a short way out to witness a dramatic drop off into the depths and note the differing life there. Be aware that occasionally pushy and uncertified guides roam nearby, and you won't need one to enjoy this lovely environment. • The impression of arriving at the end of the world with this spit of land (the crater) that separates the Atlantic from the Caribbean. Charming fishing village built against the mountain with beautiful views. Beach of Pebble and underwater fauna very present. Do not miss.

  • Very good place for snorkeling and spend the day, excellent view and as to 100 mts of the coast there is a cliff underwater quite impressive!

  • Coming from Guadeloupe, what a slap! Everything is more beautiful, bigger, richer here, at 50 cm from the edge. The profusion of species is a testament to what would be the Caribbean without overfishing and bad behaviour. Attention however, this reserve is invaded by plastics left on the edges of the roads by the inhabitants, and some fish despite all... A paradise for a stay?
