Delve into the history and natural sciences of Dominica at Roseau Museum. Though modest in size, the museum is filled with artifacts and information to absorb, from the geology of the island, to its colonial history, and the slave trade of the past. Located just across from the cruise ship port, and above the tourist information, it’s a good way to get acquainted with the country. • We enjoyed the Roseau Museum. Very small but filled with enough information on Island History. Has old newspaper articles, artifacts, and is set in a location right near the market and waterfront.
