W... read more »This is really a very nice collection of old Danish goods. There's a small cigarette shop, a hairdressing salon, a radio shop, a hardware store, and much more. We were in the postseason, on a Monday morning and took advantage of the free car park without problems. I found the entrance fee of 60 kroons per adult, fair for the offer. We could not try out unfortunately the coffee and the restaurant with typical Danish food due to time constraints. The food from the kitchen smelled but tasty and for the next visit we will plan the food with.show original

The collection has been to from a private man's collection of museum objects from Fried local businesses. That is why businesses and workshops of the artisans, as they did in the past, making it both credible and extremely interesting. The Museum is operated with the involvement of local volunteers who will meet you with an unusual dedication and great knowledge. Restaurant Palm Garden served up a fine lunch, followed by cake and delicious pie. Plain to see that almost everything is made from scratch.show original
A truly refreshing trip back in time. This museum is nicely staged and filled with lots of period pieces. The volunteers are very friendly and informative.
