Interessant klosterhave med mange lægeurter. Udstillingen af kranier og diverse knogler fortæller historie om hvem der blev behandlet der. Absolut et besøg værd.Hanne Kirsten more »Interesting cloister garden with many medicinal herbs. The exhibition of skulls and assorted bones tells the story of who were treated there. Definitely worth a visit. Hanne Kirsten
Meget interessant at se udgravningerne efter Øm Kloster og læse historien om klosteret og det liv der har udfoldet sig der. Kunne have ønsket flere oplysninger om Århus-bispen, der er begravet der sam... more »Very interesting to see the excavations after Monastic and read the history of the monastery and the life that has blossomed there. Would have liked more information on Aarhus-Bishop, who is buried there, as well as about Bishop Gunner in Viborg, who also had ties to Øm Abbey.
I ruinerne i Øm Kloster ligger adskillige skeletter og smiler med deres blottede tænder til turisterne, mens den franske kunstner Olivier Grossetête sammen med 150 frivillige har rejst klosterets ene ... more »In the ruins of Monastic several skeletons and smiles with their teeth Bared for the tourists, while the French artist Olivier Grossetête along with 150 volunteers have raised the Abbey's one gable in cardboard. A fun and impressive event on the occasion of the cultural capital 2017. The 17-metre-high papkonstruktion provides a snapshot of how it has set out. It was built on Saturday and demolished Sunday. Øm kloster is located in scenic surroundings, but the monastery Museum is a little dry place. 5 stars for the event-while the Museum unfortunately can only achieve 3.
Museum that's really a ruin of an old convent
Poul BülowThere is no access to the ruin on Mondays-not even in the tourist season. We are many who must settle for mes to see over the fence.
Asger BligaardIt is a nice place for an afternoon outing. There is a small museum and kitchen garden with all kinds of herbs. The rest is old walls and dig.
Hanne HensenVery helpful and informative
