  • We had been looking forward to the Christmas market at Ledreborg, where there also was supposed to be ice skating rink as the children rejoiced. Area is Humongous with outdoor area and barns, where there was Christmas stalls and café. It was very cozy but the kids were so disappointed "ice rink" since it was sheets which could not be skøjtes on because it was not ice cream.

  • Just returned after visiting Ledreborg Castle Christmas market, with my husband, son, daughter-in-law and our little granddaughter at well 4 months. It was a somewhat thin experience. Not particularly wheel and almost no stalls. We had so much expected us much more of this Christmas market. Another thing that was to great inconvenience for us, and for many other families with young children who are dependent on prams, was that prams was not very welcome. No option to run the pram into the barns, here could be a couple of slides be suitable. The same is true also for wheelchair users. Hope it will be significantly better. A little Christmas music might also help to put a little atmosphere. But definitely not worth the $65.
