  • I get quite often in the forest, since I live close to the-usually I come wearing running shoes. The most interesting part of the forest is definitely the coastal, which is really the beauty. In many places along the coast you get an experience that stands right in the middle of a golden age of painting. Glorious and peaceful. Unfortunately, there is a part dog owners who cannot be content with having their dogs loose in the part of the forest, where it is allowed (there is a large fine dogs forest in the West end). I have on many jogging met 10 ++ loose dogs-one of which not everyone has been well-behaved enough to let a peaceful Walker be in peace. Mysterious, that so many dog owners feel above the law ... Then you are not to loose dogs, you should bypass dogs airing times-for example, is Sunday afternoon really bad.

  • The forest offers a wealth of experiences that are both Beach and water, as well as small shelters to spend the night in ... The local forest kindergarten, was a hit for our child, with fine play things, and natural swings ... So quiet but yet so close to Roskilde.

  • The forest is beautiful in all seasons. My husband and I have been there several times a year. Once a year, we make all of our excursion with 8 grandchildren. We go through the forest to "lerskrænten" where everyone, irrespective of age (ours is from 4 years to 15 years) is amused with the crawl. There is also a small beach, and inside the forest is a place where the proprietor we eat cake and drink sodas. Really recommended for all ages and all seasons.

  • Wonderful
  • Its a lovely forrest close to the water. Nice view over roskilde fjord
  • A nice forest with many options. There are shelters, so one can stay overnight or put to with both. One can find beautiful flowers. Unfortunately, I think it is getting a little worn.
