(4.4/5 based on 360+ reviews on the web)
Explore tropical communities of African, Asian, and South American plants and animals at Randers Regnskov. Most of the animals live free under the zoo's three domes. Wander around an Asian temple, resembling the ruins of Cambodian Angkor Wat among a family of dwarf mongooses and harmless snakes. A saltwater aquarium features 75 species of tropical fish. Parents can relax in a cafe while their children play with white rabbits and miniature pigs at a petting zoo. Buy some refreshments, and have a picnic in the park, or taste a homemade buffet of traditional Danish food in the restaurant. • A really nice day for children and adults. Unbelievable how much rainforest, animals and experience we have created in Randers.

  • It is certainly a place you have to visit if you are in the surrounding area. it is so much to look at all the time and it comes in pretty much contact with various animals who whizzes around the ears on a:-) you can spend many hours there. their cafeteria has actually good and quite "different" food on the menu at reasonable prices compared to other spots of this caliber. try it:-)
