  • The best museum I have visited in Denmark. Great art collections and incredible architecture + stunning location. Worth visiting several times
  • Wonderful spot! The setting is incredible. Definitely worth the 40min train ride from Copenhagen Central Station (+10min walk). Exhibits and sculpture garden were also lovely, as was the café/food experience. Perfect half day trip away from the capital on a sunny day!
  • My highlight of the whole trip. Louisiana combines a great museum with fantatstique exhibitions. We visited during the Bourgeoise and Richter exhibition. The outdoor area is worth a visit, too. Cafe and restaurant are excellent. The museum shop is one of it's own kind. I am already looking forward for another visit.
  • Truly a world-leading modern art museum, curating innovative and new exhibits. It further benefits from a stunning location on the Oresund coast (though a good 40 minutes from Copenhagen). It also has a great cafeteria with open-faced Danish sandwiches and a fantastic buffet.
  • If you have to go to a single museum in Denmark this should be it. Expertly curated, its interactive and guides your fascination with ease. Great seasonal exhibitions and Giacometti collection. Giftshop excellent aswell
