  • The castle itself is steeped in history, imagine lensbaronen raining here in the not so distant past! Rooms have a classic old, as the rest of the Castle, warped floors and stairs, meter thick walls. We ate in the dining House (not Michelin restaurant) and was not quite what we expected. The food was OK, not flashy, and control was mildly ikketilstrække attention. We sat several times with empty glasses and there was pricing far between courts.

  • We have tried 2 guided tours at Dragsholm Slot but with 2 different guides. One was very historically accurate and very interesting. 2. time we got it in English because we had more foreign customers with, and this time was the trip very funny put forward by "the old" as this guide call themselves. We should all sleep on the Castle and had come time, so we both reached a cup of coffee with a piece of cake and this very personal tour around the whole Castle entertained by this very amazing personality. If you don't already love the site get to it after such a wonderful description of the history of the Castle.

  • The six-course gourmet dinner started with several imaginative and tasty snacks on the terrace with some fine balanced bubbles. Both the menu and the wine menu was sowing unusual nice. There was an emphasis on the local – both mht. raw materials for the food and even a few of the wines. The latter included a Johanitter from Kalundborg and a Solaris from Sj. Odde. Both very nice. Top professional serving and interesting, historic setting.

  • 800 year old history. Historic buildings and castle. Cozy clean rooms. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and scenery and close to the beach. Great food, wine and beer. Local produce.
  • Omgivelserne er fantastiske.
  • Our 'luxury' room was very disappointing, especially as it was so expensive. I understand that the hotel is trying to convey the 'old castle' atmosphere, but at these prices one would expect a TV and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It is annoying to have to pay even more every time you want a cup of tea! The bathroom smelt musty and didn't look very good... the taps and bath fittings could have done with a good polish to improve the general appearance. We ate in the bistro, which was pleasant enough. However, again for the price paid, it was a little lacking. The fish was just served with onions which was very tasty, but really it could have been served with more vegetables and perhaps even some rice/potato. So taking this all into consideration, we wouldn't stay there again.
  • Wow! Expensive, but worth every penny! The service was, by the whole staff, outstanding throughout our entire stay. We felt welcome from the very start. My wife and I was really impressed with our host in the restaurant. He was passionate and observant and made us feel special. We didn't miss tv at our room - actually it felt good being without. We will be back for more!
