  • The look is really worth to climb on the Leutturm. Entry and has to be paid according to what a value it is. But the view, especially at sunset, istb actually priceless.

  • Great views from the old Lighthouse built in 1863/64. It is 35 meters high and approximately 57 meters above sea level.

  • If you are in these parts, you begrudge yourself to take a trip up in the lighthouse. It costs almost nothing, and there is a phenomenal views from here. If you still are here please do not cheat yourself to see the vast bunker facility/museum also.

  • 25dkk and some calories is what it takes to enjoy this incredible ocean view. If you then look down, you can spot the old WW2 bunkers right below and the maze of pathways between the bunkers. I loved it.
  • If your are taking a ferry from Hirtshals, then this place is a must. We were early for our ferry to Norway so decided to explore around the port and came across this lighthouse. We arrived just in time for the sunset. The area is perfect for a walk (we travel with our dog). You can walk down to the beach or walk on the top bit. Beautiful and relaxing spot.
  • Wonderful lighthouse with magnificent views. Also the very well preserved bunker in the area look great from there up. Absolute must! :)

  • Definitely worth a visit. Climb stairs, enjoy views. All around, there's still a small museum to the lighthouse.
