Definitely worth a visit-and sets throughout the day of. It takes 5-6 hours, and then quickly family filled up of impression and have horizontal part; it was a superb experience with music, entertainment, Fairgrounds, treasure hunt and good nature.

Were fortunate to be there in uge29 2017, there was announced the medieval Convention. We have previously been to the medieval hits on Lolland with great success. Medieval centre at Nykøbing. So expectations were high and the whole family went away happy. 140,-per person did not meet expectations down the opposite. However, sorry to say that it could not live up to the site. A few houses and a larger collection of buildings in the "noble farm" is ok, but as a starting point the level of information and employee engagement was not violently. Dare not think of how a week without meeting looks like. The potential is there, but it can do better. So the potential is there but it can do better

Been to many places like these, in multiple countries no less, and although this place has more than just tents that the actors bring themselves, that's all it consists of. The management doesn't feel like it wants to see any improvement, off season, there's mainly just a bunch of empty buildings to go into, despite it being advertised as always being active. The locals who do "work" here off season are often unpaid as a sense of just feeling useful, but with that comes the issue of these participants having mental health issues of them being so desperate for social contact, that most of them feel off when engaging with them, if they're even around. The only time you feel any spirit in this place, is the scheduled prime time, when it's full of foreign guests who come there to host shows, entertain and sell their wares. Or, when for example, schools schedule day trips to give kids a medieval life experience, that's usually when they bring in their paid staff so that it at least doesn't feel dead as long as the kids are still around. Compared to the other places in Europe I've been to, it's nothing but a tourist trap with no passion for the theme and has no goal. And the only thing that keeps it afloat is piggyback riding on external influences and none of their own. To get 5 stars, I strongly suggest you sort out management, bring in some people who actually want to be there and love the culture surrounding medieval fairs and the lifestyle/culture it entails, stop the false advertisements about it always being active when it's clearly not, stop being rude to staff and people making suggestions, and start an actual community so that the business can grow instead of falling into a pit of self destruction.

Interesting place with illustrative buildings. Very fine treasure hunt that brings one around on the island.

Disappointed to say the least. The site could probably be pleasant but most guests went a bit confused around in the empty buildings. Sometimes, a employee past udklædt😊 but disappeared quickly again after having a couple of things. The only employees who demonstrated little gumption had rigligt in a hurry. It seemed a little forlorn and half-hearted. We felt we had wasted our time and money and Yes we came in good time at 11. A word comes in mind tourist trap.
