  • Sostrup Castle is well worth a visit. Since opening has Sostrup evolved, and today is an exciting place with respect for the past/story. We got a really good service and the food was perfect. The wait time was minimal despite part customers that day. We recommend to visit Sostrup Castle.

  • Sostrup informs self that they are one of the best restaurants on Djursland. If this is the case is rest shutdown threatened. We get 2 man tall and ordering food in some great small cold room, there are virtually no other than us. We order the main course and dessert. After loooong time comes the entrée, a right we have not ordered, but when you have now created the we as well can tá it with. The main course was Bouf Wellington. Wellington has been dead for several years, and the Court ought to been passed away with him. It was more than boring, almost equal so dull as he gravesite at Westminster Abbe. Earth's saddest potatoes and something thawed red deer, it was nothing to write home about. The dessert was so sour that a lemon will ha been a pleasure. It was not good. The cute and very inexperienced serving people were ok. It takes 3 years to become servant, now we know why. But it must not cost anything. So all a somewhat sad visit of the Castle, there is not much to write about. A dilapidated heap of bricks with moats. Nothing to it is protected so says little about the level. In association with the site has ceased a newer Abbey paid by a Dutch why for evil in the treasure. The daughter who was priorinde is bolted after serious accusations. Now the whole lot has been taken over by a divorced woman who has twisted eksmanden for a bit of money and makes a single-minded attempt to go the place up and running again. It was the second star.

  • When one reads in a mangfoldiggjort tourist brochure about Djursland that the restaurant is special worth a visit and it is open ALL days it is frustrating, disappointing and annoying to get to closed the restaurant and be faced with that "it is advertised on our website" when you have raised the relative lengths to experience this! Crackdown needed here with planning and quality assurance of advertising!
