  • The GEO Museum itself is informative, but not a must. The views of the limestone quarry and a walk through this is really impressive. With his azure blue lakes, he has a special atmosphere especially when the sun shines. Against 10 Crowns, you can borrow hammer and chisel and looking for fossils in the limestone quarry. For children and young at heart a great fun! A tip: footwear put on and remember that the clothing can be very white after an extensive fossil hunt

  • Both the Museum and the beautiful limestone quarry in Faxing is definitely worth a visit. Interesting to hear about the past. Learn something new at each visit. In the lime quarry, you can enjoy nature, but also find things, eg. shark's teeth from the days when the area was covered by sea.

  • Really nice. We got, unfortunately, is not a guided tour but we will clearly make next time. 3 children which seemed that it was fat and go and look at the various things they found.

  • Nice Museum, exhibits and cataloged a large number of fossils that can be found in the quarry. Well worth a visit before going in the cava (cava free access and no fee), to learn about what "search" and then get an explanation where to look for fossils (which you can take home).

  • The Museum is not a great place. But the breakup is a nice place to go and look in.

  • Super. Especially the search for fossils on his own.

  • A small but nice museum where the findings to the woman who created the Foundation for the Museum was the most exciting part. Nice area to go in.
