  • As a child I was several years in a row on summer vacation in Dronningmølle. When I visited the first time Rudolf Tegners museum. It made a huge impression on me then! Later I visited the site together with my husband many years ago. Now we have been visiting again-and again it was a great experience! Bee started in freshly blown with a long walk in the ' Siberia '-the beautiful Heather hills where some of Tegner's largest and most significant sculptures stands. So beautiful and stunning views to the Kattegat. At the Museum, we were again Brittany by profiling the greatness-both buster, sketches, models and the huge works makes impression. Right now are also quite a few works of Pontus Kjermann exhibited among Tegner's work. Also ' hanging ' salon of Tegner's paintings is exciting! Good and a little less well between each other. The site is highly recommended for an excursion – also for families with children. There is a fine, small traktørsted also.

  • A unique museum of the sometimes controversial, always monumental, artist Rudolph Tegner (1873-1950). The artist's classically inspired and often theatrical (border-line "too much", but never without ...  more »
  • Go watch open your mind - great walk there and definitely worth the time. Unbelievable the so called cultural sheep did not have the ability way back to understand what Tegner was about  more »

  • Wonderfully located in the "Russia" of Northern Sealand, this provocative piece of architecture is home to a number of Tegner's works and plaster casts. Don't miss a walk in the park, where a lot of his work is also on display.
  • Beautiful sculptures in wonderful nature. Perfect for a walk on a summers day..
  • It's a very unique place both museum (art and architecture) and sculpture park. Surrounding nature is beautiful.
  • A wonderfull artist. I saw his sculptures in Copenhagen and in Helsingoer, then I found this gem of a museum hidden in the north of Zeeland, in an area called Rusland (Russia). You can take a walk around the ground and see some of his statues placed with the special nature of Rusland as the background. In the museum You can follow the artist Tegner sculptures raging from a wonderful romantic period into a period with a more modern influence. I recommend that you have your own lunch with you and an umbrella for the walk around the area in the summertime, but the museum is worth a visit all year round.
  • I went here on a really beautiful day: the statues outside are nice but not something breathtaking. The statues inside are either enormous or very small, like the portraits (which I did like: they really express some kind of emotion, compared to the colossal figures...). There was also an exhibition of nude pictures by Suste Bonnén, which I appreciated very much.
