  • A smallish but interesting museum on several floors of an old building - costs DKK75. The stairs are somewhat steep and narrow, but you can get a key card from the reception to access the other floors...  more »
  • I was surprised by how large the Museum was, and where implemented the various exhibits were created. The historic houses seems very credible in the beautiful old House. Can certainly be recommended. For us half old is there much that brings back memories, but there is also given much thought on communicating to the kids.

  • You should have an idea of how working life was in Copenhagen in the old days, this is the place. Great exhibitions and fine plates. We should criticise the site, it should be for its one-sided focus on Copenhagen life. It is as if there were no workers outside Copenhagen.

  • A surprisingly delightful museum. More than just labour, it steps back without nostalgia to Copenhagen's past and offers historical 'settings' to experience. Engaging and knowledgeable guides, and entertaining hands-on exhibits.
  • Wonderful little museum with lots of objects of the workers' everyday life and labour union in Denmark. English text sheet available, the important descriptions are translated as well. Nice staff. Taste the post war area coffee with chicory at the 1950ies Café!
  • Great place to visit, the assembly hall will transport you back to the 1940s. This museum will help you feel what life was like in post war Denmark.
  • This is a nice museum to visit. There is a lot of information in English. There are plenty of original items in the museum. Information does not overwhelm which is nice. If visiting in the winter it might be wise to keep your jacket on. Very nice souvenir shop.
  • Love it
