  • The food in the restaurant is excellent. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant's decor tasteful and elegant. The view of Copenhagen is sublime.

  • Restaurant Tower is an experience of the larger. It is not cheap, but all in all, nor expensive. Operation is super good, the view is amazing and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend the site to anyone who is ready for a little extra pampering.

  • We had ordered a table for 8 pm. 13.30. After security checks, we were sent up in the Kingdom the elevator and was referred to a Board in the middle of the beautiful room where there was a really good acoustics in parentheses. Although the space is big and there are high ceilings, there wasn't much noise and it was not possible to hear what the guests at the next table were talking about. We chose the Tower's lunch to 325 DKK which consisted of a herring and an optional piece of smørrebrød, 1 glass of beer or wine and an optional cake. I chose a fried herring, which was served on a plate and a round piece of rye bread. Very tasty. Then I got a chicken salad, which was also very tasty. After we had eaten these two pieces of smørrebrød, we were asked to choose which cake we would like. 8 inviting cakes was there to choose between. We chose all of a potato cake, which is something that the best cake I've tasted in a long time. We got coffee to the cake, which was nice warm (a nice touch was that the milk for the coffee was heated). Everything is totally an awesome experience and I would like to come again. After lunch we took the elevator up to enjoy the view over Copenhagen

  • I was there a few months back and we loved the whole experience. I particularly remember Milly taking care of us, because without reservation she made it happen for us, even with a completely crowded venue. It was our only chance! Food was great, the view as well and so the rest of the staff. We even had a “Deliver Ladies-Bolivian” 78% pure organic chocolate bar initiative were from our dinner income they get some back home! We had a last and were very thankful for the whole experience. I highly recommend it and is a nice chance to be in a historical place with a view of the city!
  • Didn't want to try alone the restaurant - didn't even know about the restaurant before got there tbh - so I went for the tower view. When I asked for a menu the young waiter was looking at me like I cannot afford it, so can agree with the reviews below saying unfriendly service. Expect a long 15-30 minutes of queue at least, but it's worth it for the tower. A breathtaking view over Copenhagen with detailed and explicative signs. There are also some sculptures below the stairs what you shouldn't miss! Overall had a good time, enjoyed the view and ended up making some nice photos.
  • A little bit of a disappointment. I expected the view to be better from a top the tower, but the way the tower is designed combined with the location in the middle of everything (which actually limits the view of the city because everything is almost too close), makes is hard to get a great view of the city. But it is free of charge
  • The reataurant has Unfriendly waiters! Not worth the money! Just do the free tower with the view that's pretty nice
  • Nice atmosphere. Food was okay, but nothing memorable at all. Service was not very good.

Where to stay in Copenhagen

Most of the hotels in Copenhagen are located in the central Vesterbro or hip Indre By areas, though there are many more adventurous (and somewhat more affordable) places to stay during your vacation. As in the rest of Denmark, accommodations in Copenhagen are quite expensive. If you're traveling on a tight budget, consider camping along the Mølleå River or staying in one of the city's many backpacker hostels. If you prefer an inexpensive hotel, explore options in the Helgolandsgade and Colbjørnsensgade neighborhoods. For a taste of Denmark's art scene, head to the up-and-coming Kongens Nytorv and Nyhavn areas. Travelers who like to stay outside of the main tourist areas should set their sights on one of the city's suburbs, like the northern section where you can stay at a beachfront hotel or on a houseboat.
