4.3/5 based on 1,400+ reviews on the web
Drive or take a bus ride across Oresund Bridge, the longest cable-tied road and rail bridge in Europe. Spanning about 8 km (5 mi), the structure runs from the Swedish coast to an artificial island in the middle of the Oresund Sound. An underwater tunnel completes the crossing to the other side of the sound, linking the metropolitan areas of Copenhagen and Malmo. The bridge consists of two railway tracks and four road lines supported by tall concrete towers that allow 57 m (187 ft) of headroom for ships passing beneath the structure. Avoid long delays on the bridge by checking current traffic and weather conditions before you hit the road. • Convenient and safe passage between Denmark and Sweden. Its relatively cheap and the fastest way to cross the Öresund. If you use the bridge more than two times a year think about getting a BroPas.
  • This unique bridge spans Malmo and Copenhagen, i. e. (Sweden and Denmark). It is really impressive, a true marvel of architecture and construction.
  • Beautiful incredible bridge linking Denmark (Copenhagen) to Sweden (Malmo) cities. The bridge goes under tunnels, over artificial islands and over large straights of sea.
  • Impressive structure, the design of which makes the drive across it scenic and interesting
  • The longest suspension bridge in the world. Wow, one minute you are on one country the next you are in a other. Worth a visit 😊
