  • We are actually quite surprised at how large the Park is. There is ample opportunity to find good seats down towards the lake or go for a good long walk along the paths.

  • Denmark Copenhagen the last day I had time, I took a walk. There seem to be old old moat and pond, were local people walking in the Park. Fall foliage season just was quiet and peaceful walks.

  • Nice city park and it's right next to Torvehallerne market so if you want a break from looking around the shops then this is an ideal spot!!

  • Ørstedsparken is a public park in central Copenhagen, Denmark. One in a series of parks which were laid out on the grounds of the old fortification ring after it was decommissioned in the 1870s, the park still retains elements from the old fortifications in its topography—a section of the moat now serve as an elongated lake and former bastions appear in the landscape as small hills. The park is named for the brothers Ørsted, the politician and jurist Anders Sandøe Ørsted, and the physicist Hans Christian Ørsted, who both are commemorated with monuments in the park.
  • Great place to chill out especially during the summer months! You can even get some food from the shops around and just have a nice lunch/dinner with friends in the park!
  • Beautiful park. Nice place to walk at both day time and night. There is toilet inside the park (most of the times smelly, but hey, it's free). It's a gay cruising spot. That's not the reason for taking out one star. I don't dislike anyone because of their sexual orientation. But I have bad experience here. I was walking at an evening. A middle aged man was following me. Suddenly he took out his d**k to show me. It was very embarrassing. it happens regularly at this park. If you are gay/bi, please find another gay/bi who is also interested.
  • A beautiful oasis in the big city. Perfect for getting your mind off things.
  • Gorgeous park with lots of beautiful, well kept flowers, and a nice pond.
