  • This church used to be part of the danish navy workshop where the black smith did his thing. Later converted into the designated church of the navy and also used by the royal family on some occasions....  more »
  • Incredibly nice large church, Was originally built as a blacksmith, later became a cross Church for seamen. In connection with the Church is a tomb chapel where, inter alia, Thunder shield and Niels Juels sarcophagi exist. The font stands in the middle of the Church but are usually moved at major events such as new year's gudtjenesten for the blue Denmark. The pulpit is located at one corner of the cross intersection and was said to be the oldest extant in Copenhagen. In the southwest corner is the chapel of volunteers fallen in allied service

  • The right spot for classical concert. If you are up to Mozart, I strongly recommend to go around.
  • A group of small islands that was once the site of the Royal Naval Base, after it was relocated from Bremerholm at the end of the 17th century. Now it is open to the public and offers some really great views on the city.
