Here you can relax with a cold beer, good food and wine in a soothing atmosphere. It is a historic square in the heart of Copenhagen. Gråbrødretorv originates from a monastic order who built his monastery here on the 1200 's. It is a square that can tell a dramatic story in several ways. Gråbrødretorv is distinguished by a holistic, old houses, and all the buildings around the square are listed. Especially valuable is the husrekka 1-9, which can be said to be an early form of typehus, listed as residential houses for citizens after the great fire in 1728. They are painted in original, powerful colors in red, yellow, and green. A very large platantre, Søren Georg Jensen water art from 1971 as well as a wide range of good restaurants and cafes set their mark on the main square. Gråbrødretorv Nr. 3, which is called Wessels House, was erected in 1732. The author Johan Herman Wessel lived here in periods during the time 1760-1780. It was here that he wrote "Kærlighed uden Stockings". I'll be coming back to gråbrødretorv!show original

Best bike store in Copenhagen. Honest, friendly and willing to go beyond normal level of service to help you. Great range of bikes and accessories. Ask for Timmy.
Horrible bike shop. I paid 350kr. with the aim of getting my bike fixed (just the gears) , and after 2 hours they didn´t do anything (only thanks for comming but we are busy now for complaints). Unfair service. I am very dissapointed.
Ane ClausenPedal the athlete on gråbrødretorv is a bike store I highly can recommend. They understand your needs and help you find a good solution. They are approachable and very competent. Good luck with your new bicycle:-)show original
Jonas HåkonssonSubmitted my bike for service, as it was flat, should also have a new deck at. Fast service, however, I can say that after a day my RIM has gotten 4 big brands after a metal dækjern! The braking surface is destroyed, which is going to mean to use a part more brake blocks in the future.show original
Real BarToongreat place just got the bike I needed with their great variety;-)show original
