  • The Borough of Christianshavn in Copenhagen is wonderfully suggestive, with its bridges, shops, colorful houses, disused barges as boats and become homes. On a sunny day, especially around sunset, go along the main channel is equivalent to immerse themselves in a beautiful photograph. The atmosphere leads to an imaginary Venice Nordica or Dutch landscapes or villages of Northern Norway. Inside is placed then the free city of Christiania, known just as Christiania. It is a further subdivision located in the Central District of the city, partly self-governing in the Danish capital. Compared to the other fourteen districts, it has earned a semi legality becoming an independent community (a status much more defined and autonomous than our fractions). Develops along a canal that flows into the port of Copenhagen, it is accessed only through two main entrances and not allowed access to private cars.

  • We will get you thinking about my dad and I miss but we followed the people who looked like they knew where they were going. The community of Christiania is a park in the middle of the Green almost like a village full of graffiti with houses made of recycled materials. C is like a large lake in the Center which then you can cross the river by a bridge. The narrow whirling walking and cycling in fact we encountered many and animals are certainly allowed!! It is a place a drab but deserves to be seen to wander a bit from the traditional view of downtown Copenhagen
